Borchert has been also an educator for 17+ working tirelessly with budding artists in helping them in discovering their vision and mission in life through art making. Borchert intends in VB CONTEMPORARY to bring all her knowledge and expertise of decades worth as a successful accomplished multifaceted artist, writer, art critic, educator, community convener and curator to the world. Vian through her gallery's endeavor hopes to open doors for the artists whose vision Borchert finds vital to be showcased and celebrated with the rest of the world.
Borchert has also been a ground breaking artist in the forefront of creating art styles and movements rippling trends within the art world. Notable and influential for her philosophies on art and its connection to nature and the environment, along with the relationship of art to psychology, Borchert is regarded for such pioneering intellectual thought that created spark in the art world and beyond.
Vian Borchert is an established expressionist artist. Borchert has exhibited in group and solo exhibitions in museums and key galleries in major cities such as: NYC, LA, Washington DC, London, Berlin. Borchert's artwork has been on display in Times Square on Broadway, United Nations, SAM museum in PA, The National Liberty Museum, Philadelphia. Moreover, Borchert is also the Art Lead / curator of the art segment for "Oxford Public Philosophy Journal" for the Turn 5 issue - "Oxford Public Philosophy" is a philosophy journal based at Oxford University, UK. The journal is a space for critically questioning what philosophy is and how we're doing it, in form and content.
